System Support Services

Excel offers operational support and problem resolution services for a wide range of systems platforms. Our focus is Microsoft Windows servers and desktops (all versions) and service is also available for Linux, UNIX (AIX, SCO, and Digital), and OpenVMS.  Let us help you get your systems performing like they did when they were new! We do our best to respond quickly to all system down emergencies, usually with same day, on-site service.

Network Support Services

Excel offers operational support and problem resolution services for local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) for  all the above supported systems. Specialties include planning, design, implementation, and support for Extended Ethernet LANs, as well as Bridge and Router Configuration for LAN to LAN communications and Internet access sharing and Network Security Solutions.

Custom Training Services

Excel can provide custom, on-site, training solutions for small groups or individuals. Sessions can be tailored for office staff or systems professionals.  Topics include most Microsoft operating systems and network solutions and a variety of business applications including Microsoft Office from '97 through 2003. Other topics include Using the Internet for Business Advantage, General Web browsing, Care and Feeding of Internet Explorer, and Web Site Development using Microsoft Front Page. We also offer tutorials on Maintaining Windows Performance with routine system maintenance, Keeping Antivirus Software up to date, and Scanning for SpyWare with free software.
